Terms & Policies

1. Booking & Deposit Policy

  • A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the wedding date. This ensures the booking is locked in and prevents last-minute cancellations.
  • The remaining balance must be paid in full one week before the wedding day.
  • Deposits are non-transferable to other services or dates unless otherwise agreed.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations 5 weeks or more before the wedding will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Cancellations within 5 weeks of the wedding may be subject to full payment, as the date was held exclusively for the client.
  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations will be charged the full amount.

3. Early Start & Travel Fees

Early Start Fee:

  • Before 7 AM$50 per hour
  • Before 6 AM$100 per hour
  • Before 5 AM$150 per hour

Travel Fee:

  • Within 20 km – Complimentary
  • Beyond 20 km$1 per km
  • Interstate or Destination Weddings – Custom Quote

Additional Artist Fee:

  • Required for large bridal parties (5+ people) – $150 per additional artist

5. Touch-Up & Extended Stay Services

On-Site Touch-Up Services (After Ceremony):

  • $150 per hour (2-hour minimum)
  • Covers lipstick reapplication, shine control, and minor makeup adjustments.

6. Client Agreement & Consent

  • By securing a booking, the client agrees to these terms and policies.
  • The makeup artist reserves the right to use wedding day photos for portfolio and marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise.
