Terms & Policies
1. Booking & Deposit Policy
- A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the wedding date. This ensures the booking is locked in and prevents last-minute cancellations.
- The remaining balance must be paid in full one week before the wedding day.
- Deposits are non-transferable to other services or dates unless otherwise agreed.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations 5 weeks or more before the wedding will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
- Cancellations within 5 weeks of the wedding may be subject to full payment, as the date was held exclusively for the client.
- No-shows or last-minute cancellations will be charged the full amount.
3. Early Start & Travel Fees
Early Start Fee:
- Before 7 AM – $50 per hour
- Before 6 AM – $100 per hour
- Before 5 AM – $150 per hour
Travel Fee:
- Within 20 km – Complimentary
- Beyond 20 km – $1 per km
- Interstate or Destination Weddings – Custom Quote
Additional Artist Fee:
- Required for large bridal parties (5+ people) – $150 per additional artist
5. Touch-Up & Extended Stay Services
On-Site Touch-Up Services (After Ceremony):
- $150 per hour (2-hour minimum)
- Covers lipstick reapplication, shine control, and minor makeup adjustments.
6. Client Agreement & Consent
- By securing a booking, the client agrees to these terms and policies.
- The makeup artist reserves the right to use wedding day photos for portfolio and marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise.
